By ordering from Joey Eat Patisserie online you have accepted the Terms and Conditions of Purchase.

ORDERING
Our cakes take time to prepare. Please place your orders at least 3 days in advance. After placing your order, full payment is required to confirm your order. If we don't receive the full payment within 48 hours of placing the order, we will assume you have decided to cancel and we will not be fulfilling your order. If you select to pay by PayMe, please make sure to include your order number in your PayMe message.

RUSH ORDERS
For orders placed less than 3 days (72 hours) in advance, the order will incur an extra charge of $100.

CHANGES / MODIFICATIONS
Changes and modifications will have to be made 72 hours before the pickup/delivery date. We may not be able to fulfill any change requests made less than 72 hours before the pickup/delivery date or there will be a $100 fee if the change requests can be fulfilled.

PICKUPS
Pickups are available by appointment only and detailed address will be sent out upon confirmation. Please indicate your preferred pickup date and time in the order instructions section when checking out. 

At this moment, we will not charge any late fees but we do ask that you respect our time and to please arrive within 30 minutes of your scheduled time. 

 

*In the event of dispute, Joey Eat Patisserie reserves the right to make the final decision.
