Joey Eat Patisserie isn't just a pastry shop; it's a love letter to life's sweetest moments, a legacy born from childhood memories.  Joey's passion ignited watching her mother bake, the scent of warm cakes and sifted flour weaving its way into her heart.  This early fascination led to a lifetime of baking – from school bake sales to late-night experiments in her college apartment.  Years later, Joey honed her craft at Le Cordon Bleu Paris, further refining her skills with training at The Peninsula Paris before returning to Hong Kong to perfect her artistry at The Peninsula Hong Kong.  The result? Joey Eat Patisserie, where every pastry tells a story.
