After finishing her degree at Le Cordon Bleu Paris and further honing her skills at The Peninsula Hong Kong, Joey is opening up the doors to let even more people try her pastry creations.
Joey Eat Patisserie sources and uses premium ingredients to bring the best of French pastries with an Asian twist to cater to local tastes. You may recognize some of our products from other places since we are also a certified supplier for cafes and five star hotels in Hong Kong.
